With quality and price being the main factor we have decided to eliminate our online merchant account and deal strictly with Paypal. For some this may be problematic, but it is our hope that when you see how much lower our prices are you will agree that this is the best avenue possible.
In the age of plastic being the main buying power we have always been a company that accepts your personal check as well as a money order.
If you do decide to use Paypal there is 3 ways that you can pay for your purchases.
#1. Go to www.Paypal.com and send us an click on the Send Money button and fill in our email address at customerservice@tottworld.com Click the continue button and tell us in the Personal Message box at the bottom of the second page what it is you are ordering. Click the send Money button at the bottom and we will confirm your order and ship usually within 24 hours...
#2. Click the Contact Us button at the top of this page and give us your Paypal email address and what it is you want and we will send you an invoice within 24 hours. You will receive a notice from Paypal that you have an invoice at which time you will need to log in and pay for your purchase. This usually takes awhile longer as we have to wait until you pay for the purchase before we can ship your order.
#3. Possibly the easiest way is to call us 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm eastern time at 517-286-6709 or if no answer leave us a voice mail message at 517-320-1679 and we will send you an invoice while we are still on the phone so that you can pay it right away while it is still fresh on your mind.
Also, as I mentioned above you can always send us your personal check or
money order with snail mail. Please note that all personal checks must
clear our bank before we can ship your order. We will of course notify
you as soon as we receive your order if you include your email address.
